Riding your bike with an adult for over 15 minutes will give you 5 points.  Please make sure you are wearing a helmet.

Give yourself two points every time you jump rope 10 times or do 10 jumping jacks.

Walking or running with an adult for over 15 minutes will give you 5 points. 

You get three points when you help with various chores.
